Why use vegan cruelty free shampoo?
Cruelty free products mean that they have not been tested on animals – which means that no animal has been harmed or mistreated in the creating of your beauty product, whether this is skin, make up or hair care. When you make the choice to use a cruelty free product you are ensuring that you are not only using a healthier product for yourself but for animals and the environment.

This is a fantastic smelling product by IGK – I must admit I love all of their products. But this is my go to summer holiday conditioner. It’s great for adding to the tips of our hair and just finishing your style off or adding to wet hair as a leave in conditioner.
How to choose a cruelty free and vegan shampoo?
Just like with non cruelty free products there will be a cruelty free shampoo and conditioner that works for your hair. It may take a little trial and error and if your anything like me you’ll like to mix it up and have different cruelty free brands at different points depending on the year and how tame or unruly your hair is being.
Sometimes your hair needs a treat – whether this is a masque or just a slightly more luxurious hair brand that’s up to you, but in this article you will find all of my best picks from expensive to affordable – We all sometimes deserve a little treat.
